Christmas at Waddesdon Manor
Built in the style of a 16th century French chateau, this magnificent building contains the world-famous Rothschild collection of paintings, sculpture and decorative arts. Each December, the house hosts a Christmas market, complete with pretty wooden chalets selling artisan products, while a spectacular light show turns the formal gardens into a sparkling landscape.

Christmas at Stourhead Estate
This Palladian house and world famous landscaped garden is a real festive treat. The house is filled with handmade decorations and wonderful floral arrangements and visitors can explore the decorated rooms, each with their own traditional theme reflecting the Hoare family who lived at Stourhead for generations. Outside, many of the garden buildings are adorned with wreaths and festive decorations and, as winter reveals the foundations of the garden, you are also treated to an insight into how this renowned garden was originally created.
