We create tours that exemplify Britain’s creative spirit and style.
At ECT we pride ourselves on our flexibility. We enjoy working with the international travel trade to create truly bespoke experiences and have the expertise to take care of every detail from planning the itinerary to dealing with special dietary requirements ensuring that your tour runs smoothly and gives your guests a lasting insight into Britain’s fascinating culture and heritage.
We create tours exemplifying Britain’s creative spirit and style and specialise particularly in floristry, textile and gardening tours. Over the last 23 years we have developed longstanding partnerships with leading British special interest groups such as the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies and Plant Heritage, as well as close associations with the Quilters' Guild of the British Isles, The Embroiders’ Guild, New Covent Garden Flower Market and many independent artists, designers and craftsmen. This unique network means that we are able to arrange special visits, talks, demonstrations and workshops tailored to your guests’ particular interests. Our base in the historic city of Bath means that we are also ideally placed to arrange tours themed around the city’s most famous writer, Jane Austen.
The sample tours set out here give a flavour of what we can do, but please get in touch with Theresa McDermott (theresa(at)ecttravel.com) to discuss your individual requirements. Please provide a brief outline of what you require, including estimated group size, length of trip, preferred standard of hotel, purpose of visit and any other relevant details such as specialist visits you might like to include.
We look forward to hearing from you.
